JWT(JSON Web Token)는 로그인 정보나 권한을 담아 주고받는 토큰 형식으로, 점(.)으로 구분된 세 부분으로 이루어집니다.A JWT (JSON Web Token) is a token format for exchanging login or permission information. It consists of three parts separated by dots.

        
    
          
  • 헤더: 서명 알고리즘(alg)과 토큰 유형(typ)Header: the signing algorithm (alg) and token type (typ)

  • 페이로드: 사용자 ID(sub), 만료 시간(exp), 발급 시간(iat) 등의 클레임Payload: claims such as the user ID (sub), expiry time (exp), and issued-at time (iat)

  • 서명: 헤더와 페이로드가 바뀌지 않았음을 보장하는 값Signature: a value that guarantees the header and payload have not been altered

헤더와 페이로드는 URL-safe Base64로 인코딩되어 있을 뿐 암호화되지 않습니다. 누구나 내용을 읽을 수 있으므로 비밀번호 같은 민감한 정보를 넣으면 안 됩니다.The header and payload are only URL-safe Base64 encoded — not encrypted. Anyone can read them, so never put sensitive data such as passwords in a JWT.
